COVID update:
18 August 2020
The contact centre is still closed. We are awaiting guidance from the Methodist Church, and will then need to assess our options. We will update this page as soon as we know more.

Can you help us keep children safe?
The Withington Child Contact Centre offers a free, safe space for parents to meet with their children. We don't charge anyone any money, instead we rely on our amazing volunteers!
However, our volunteer numbers have fallen low, and the future of the centre is at risk. We urgently need volunteers to help us to continue supporting families.
Can you offer one Saturday afternoon every 6 weeks? We offer full training and support, and you will be making a tangible difference to families in your local area.

About Us
The Withington Contact Centre has been open since October 1992. It is a Supported Contact Centre and provides a safe, neutral environment where children can meet their father or mother, a grandparent or other family members after a breakdown in the parental relationship. It takes place in a large room with toys and games so that children can enjoy playing with the parent and have some fun together. The room is in the Withington Methodist Church, and has the support of volunteers who are there to help families to feel safe.
